@qnikst We do not have any particular reasons not to include any book if it was finished/announced in 2020, as this section is really about 2020, not about all good books. Hope it will make it to the 2021 list. Or Vitaly will agree to be in "What the readIO" section once it is released.

@bind_the_gap Makes sense, thanks! It's a bit pity that the book, that is a very important step for the entire ecosystem, was announced before and in 2020 moved to the final stage of the review. So is missing from the list. Though if there will be a big announce one it's out it's great
