Well @PizzaPizzaLtd I guess your 40 minute guarantee isn’t something you actually stand behind. Driver went to the wrong address. Showed up almost 15 minutes late. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes until you hung up. Not impressed.

@Anthrax My wife had the hiccups and couldn’t get rid of them. I said maybe an Anthrax song will work. I played I’m Alive, and after it was over she didn’t have the hiccups. It worked!!! She disagrees, and I’m no doctor, but I know the truth.

@adamwathan Something very similar happened to me last week, yarn broke, reinstalled a million things, yada yada yada, I'm not using Yarn now.

Upgraded Yarn, which broke PHP, which needs Python to reinstall, which needs a new version of Xcode, which needs the latest version of Mojave, which means I need a beer and it's only noon.

@FreeAndSR @XboxSupport It was suspended for only 1 day, which may mean it's a very minor offence. But how am I supposed to know? Why isn't there just a simple note with the suspension, like, "he called someone fat" or "he used a racial slur"? That would give me something to talk to him about.

@darkhouseca @XboxSupport If his account suspended only for two days, then you won't be able to submit a case review and unfortunately, the support can't give you any information about the suspension. Xbox takes every bad message serious, it could be a reason.. You're a great father! /1

Thank you @XboxSupport for making me feel like a bad parent today. You temporarily suspended my son's account, but you won't tell me why. This lead me to taking the Xbox away from him, but I don't know whether it's justified or not.

@FreeAndSR @XboxSupport I can't believe your system is setup the way it is. All I wanted was a little bit of detail into what happened. The system notifies me of the suspension, but no specific reason. As his father, I need details to determine the appropriate punishment if necessary.

@FreeAndSR @XboxSupport My son appears to have no idea what he might have done. So since he can't or won't tell me, and because Microsoft can't tell me, I am left with no choice but to simply take the Xbox away. That's a terrible way to parent.

@FreeAndSR @XboxSupport The support rep also suggested I just talk to my son, like that thought never crossed my mind. It's clear to me the support rep is not a parent.

@FreeAndSR @XboxSupport I then spoke to a support rep on the phone, but he couldn't give me any details. That does not help me as a parent. I need the specifics to teach my children what was wrong about what they did. It's not good enough to tell me they violated some term.

@FreeAndSR @XboxSupport I did that first. It just says he violated some terms. Could be profanity. Could be hate speech. Could be any number of things. What it doesn't say is the specifics. It also won't allow me to do a case review.

@SpotifyCares Thanks for the reply but I don't think that helps me. It appears that the Playlist Radio feature was removed from the mac app. This was hands down my favourite feature as it allowed me to create eclectic radio stations that aren't based on a single artist or song.
