@GoonerGirl1969 I think social media and “modern football” has a lot to do with this, unfortunately. Everyone seems to want everyone else to fail. Be it English clubs in Europe, Tottenham to be relegated, Arsenal to “bottle it” This sort of culture never used to exist.

I've supported us for 56 yrs. I can honestly say growing up we were never this hated (unless you were Spurs) like we're seeing now. I won't deny we have some idiot fans but all clubs do. It's strange other fans want City to win over us considering the many charges against them.
