stop holding back extra dates when you know demand can be met stop allowing people into queues without the necessary cards/codes stop charging hundreds of dollars, especially for nosebleeds stop taking the joy and accessibility out of concerts @Ticketmaster

yeah, I remember that too, but I think they realized it was easy to get the first 6 digits since it’s usually the same 😭😭 I wish they checked either stored payment methods or asked you to login on Amex directly to get on the sale. I saw a LOT of ppl posting today that did not have Amex but joined the queue and tried to buy

@daylightversion but then you have tens of thousands of people clogging the queue 🫩🫩 such a simple fix and i REMEMBER there were times before where you had to type in your first six card digits or something to get in

what is the point of having an amex if you don’t have to type your info in to access the sale

the more TM queues i sit through, the more frustrated i get. there is no chance these queue positions are randomized when I get roughly the same queue position in every single city for every single artist i try for. my mom's account is always under 10k and my account is always over 40k. i genuinely believe your account is flagged to be at a certain percentile in every queue so you might not get the same queue number, but you will always be in the same "spot" relative to demand. its so incredibly frustrating.

@LindsTS19 @livseternallove Unfortunately this is common for Amex purchases :( sometimes (and it’s random) it asks you to verify by sending a code to your email/phone number that is linked to the card

@livseternallove My friend got in because she’s using her bf’s card but it sent him a code which we couldn’t get because he’s in a meeting 😞

to get into the Amex sale do you need to put the card info in?? Or does it only ask you for info at checkout??
