@ola_supports Urgent: Auto ride from Hebbal to Whitefield (Initial fare ₹443) was stopped automatically/fraudulently by the driver or app at ~25% distance. I was made to pay the full ₹443 for the incomplete trip. How can trip destination change mid-ride without my interference?

@Olacabs please take a look into this issue. There is no way to contact customer care as well. This is pathetic experice paying two times for the same ride. Its been already 24 hours now. Kindly provide a resolution ASAP. @ola_supports @consumerforum_ @ola_supports

I had to rebook & pay an additional ₹351 to reach Whitefield. I paid twice for a single journey. I don't know what the driver did, but this error needs resolution. I was completely surprised to see destination update without me doing anything. Please resolve this issue ASAP!
