The croans train rolls on. Boyle choke in quarter final against the grittiest team in Roscommon. Glaveys year is over, enjoyable team to watch. Have to hand it to them after there league hoodoo after not winning one game all year until the westies. Faithleachs are a solid team.

Deserved wins for Pearses & Faithleachs after being well written off and they now meet in a repeat of the group game. Clann set up a local derby against Brigids Michaels & Eire Og to face off in IFC SF, while Croans march on in the Junior & will play Western Gaels B

Few things we learned form the weekends action
1) Meath club championship is unreal for drama
2) the gap in galway football between the big 4 teams who weren’t in action and the chasing pack from the pre lim QFs is massive. There will be no shocks in the QFs.
3) Ruairi mc cullgah and Eoin Mc Elgoat might just be the greatest double act since Yorke and Cole.
4) Post match interviews for club player need to have a limit in place for how many times they can say “listen” and “look it”
