California's largest-ever CCPA penalty hit Disney for incomplete opt-outs, ad-tech data sharing, and ignoring the GPC signal. Here's what went wrong. getprivisy.com/blog/disney-cc…

YOUR SITE PROBABLY ISN'T PRIVACY-COMPLIANT California has some strict laws (that got stricter in 2026). So, I built getprivisy.com to figure out if your site is compliant AND what you need to do to fix it.

A whole bunch of companies don't comply with CA privacy laws. It's murky waters navigating the complexity of marketing technology. So, I built getprivisy.com - try it on any website for free. See if your company's website is compliant.

@futureofprivacy As a longtime marketing technologist I got fed up trying to figure out how to comply with CCPA on a daily basis. I built this solution to finally make it easy (at least for website requirements). I'd love to get more expert opinions this! getprivisy.com

@privio_app I relate to the problem Privio is solving. I launched getprivisy.com to scans sites and flag privacy issues. Using these together would be helpful for anyone needing to close privacy gaps!

@AJabroni95 Not exactly the same, but I just launched (early access) a website privacy scanner you might want to give a spin. You already know it, lots of these big companies aren't complying and this tool makes it even easier to see who. getprivisy.com

@nickclegg @Meta @Snapchat @X @finkd @facebookapp @instagram Furthermore, once my data is secured ... I WILL get it. PA is already in the process of passing laws. Once it is secured; and I keep my digital footprints off ur platform for the allocated 90 days; that data BEST be GONE. Or the final audit will be OLD TESTAMENT REVELATION LVL

The thing nobody really talks about with headless setups is how hard it gets to see what's going on. The agent doesn't need a UI. But whoever's reviewing the output still needs to understand what actually happened in between. I think the real architecture is headless execution that still leaves something readable behind.

Agents need headless tools to work efficiently. Which is basically APIs + programmatic access built for autonomous systems. - Headless IDEs - Headless Terminals - Headless everything That's part of the tooling axis we build around the primitive.

I released GStack 2 weeks ago and we're still growing I made it because I was realizing: every software engineering project is changing. How could I accelerate the way I saw @steipete accelerate? GStack is my gift to everyone who wants to build fast

Been loving @garrytan's gstack, but context switching between windows, Claude, Gemini & Copilot was draining me. So I built botlanes: a drag-and-drop UI for gstack. No slash commands, just drop a card into a skill column and let the agent run. 🔗 github.com/developdaly/bo…

Your consent banner might be lying to you. 🛑 Most CCPA tools miss shadow pixels & unauthorized trackers sharing data. Get an independent, zero-code compliance audit to see what your CMP is missing before regulators do. getprivisy.com #CCPA #DataPrivacy #CyberSecurity

@eshear We’d also have to fix how inmates are assigned to prisons. There’d be more corruption at the court level, under the table deals with judges to send only the most remorseful and low level criminals their way, stacking other prisons (the govt prisons?) with repeat offenders.

What if we paid prisons a flat rate per inmate per year, much higher than the current amount, but in exchange the prison was on the hook for any recidivism? You get paid for the 4 year sentence, but if they go back to prison you’re on the hook from there. Seems more aligned.

@eshear If crime rates increase for reasons beyond a prison’s control (ex. economy) then their profits start to shrink which means they lower service levels or decide to close. The business solution would be to pay them more per inmate which puts you right back where we started.

@sama If that were the answer, we would have solved this problem 2 decades ago. The US has been the leader in tech and replaced many fortune 100 companies with tech outfits. The problem just got worse.

US debt to GDP ratio over time. very scary chart; no plan to fix it or even much of an acknowledgement we need a plan. will get made worse as the rest of the world finds alternatives to the USD and rates stay non-zero. long-term brewing crisis.
