🔴 Duruşma sonucunda 7 aydır cezaevinde olan Filistinli Esra’ya 5 yıl hapis cezası verildi.
HAGB kararı ile hüküm ertelenerek Esra tahliye edildi.
Esra’nın olayla ilgisi bulunmayan baba, anne ve kız kardeşinin ise sınır dışı edildiği ve ülkeye giriş yasağı konduğu ortaya çıktı.

Dr Adnan Al-Bursh 50yrs old, was brutally killed by Israel in detention in Ofer prison on April 19th of 2024. He should have never been in prison. He was the Head of the Orthopedic department at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. He was detained while undertaking his duty to patients and caring for them according to the oath he took as a medical practitioner. He died for trying to protect the rights to life and health of his patients. Dr. Al Bursh had been beaten in prison, with his body showing signs of torture. Never forget him. I
