Measuring a poor quality image can be misleading and potentially dangerous as it may lead to wrong conclusions and poor management decisions.

@ross_prager I’d probably go with player-coach in a football (soccer) team, who also takes the penalties! You do have key roles to play, and you need to step up in critical moments (e.g. challenging family meetings, difficult/ time-critical procedures)
