Delighted to visit India Centre for Migration, MEA’s think tank on migration issues, at Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra, acc by Heads of OIA Divns & other officials. Our fruitful discussions with CAO, ICM & his team led to new action points. Also visited the impressive PBK Library.

Today is a landmark day for MEA's Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT) program, as the number of emigrant workers who have been imparted PDOT has reached 50,000. Presently, there are 10 PDOT centers across the country imparting such training.

@superfa1z @HelplinePBSK ECNR registration is aimed only for indian workers based out at India traveling overseas in near future. Hence OTP enabled only for indian mobile numbers. Exisiting emigrants need not register until they visit next time.

@eMigrateproject @HelplinePBSK I don’t have an Indian number (thanks to the great Indian laws) so what am I supposed to do?

@ProtectorGenGOI Sir From where will the Job Codes and Job ID will an individual working in Saudi get? There is no such Job ID or Job Codes in Saudi @eMigrateproject for registration Could you please help @MEAIndia @SushmaSwaraj
