He hasn’t lied to me. He hasn’t broken promises. He has promised to keep us safe. Sometimes you can have the best of intentions and then something go wrong. I feel the situation changed and he had to pivot. Sometimes you don’t get lucky with your intel but this time we did. I’d hope a democrat in office would do the same. Yes, it’s “war” but I think his intent is to get in and get out, targeted strikes and no boots on the ground. He definitely didn’t make this decision lightly.
