The reason Marx is popular with so many intellectuals is that it’s such a middle class wet dream. Despite all the chatter about the triumph of the proletariat, Marxism in practice always puts some set of dissident intellectuals in power, and so intellectuals who crave unearned power are drawn to it.

Oh humans, what are you doing?? This autistic young man between 16-18 years old was euthanised in Holland because he was joyless and terribly lonely. Poor,poor boy, instead of adults loving him and helping him, they chose to kill him instead.

A neurosurgeon who calls herself a “brain doctor” and wears a disguise because she’s so embarrassed by the fifth grade reading level pablum she churns out for adults incapable of reading fiction in the third person is a far more interesting plot than any of her books.
