Sick marketplace update coming today. Ability to make offers on items, not just list items for sale. Essentially order books for the marketplace. We are moving towards making Hytopia a gamified (no pun intended, ok maybe a bit) trading experience on top of micro game economies.

Did a small UI/UX redesign of the local testing flow for @hytopia devs 👨‍💻 📱 Scan a QR code to instantly run your game on your phone or tablet 🌐 No more hunting for the correct local network URL Testing across devices should feel much smoother now.

Soooo… I was playing Minecraft with my daughter and realized something 🤯 “I’ve never actually experimented with Minecraft-style gameplay inside @hytopia…” So yeah. 🧪 New Experiment. My own vibecoded take on a blocky survival/sandbox experience — built in @hytopia 👀 Let’s see where this goes…

i am a fan of web3 projects open sourcing game code & engine (trying to figure out how to make this work at pixels still - we will at some point) IMO this is the most elegant way for a community to really own a game

I am very impressed with your technical talent and your dedication to HYTOPIA. I truly don’t want this project to die. To be honest, this feels like my last hope of recovering my crypto investment. Here are my thoughts. I understand that no platform can sustain itself without revenue. Given the current situation, it may make sense to pause HYTOPIA temporarily and explore other innovative crypto ideas that can generate revenue more quickly. Your team has demonstrated an ability to execute and deliver at speed, which is a major strength. Think about how Amazon unexpectedly created AWS—a completely different product that ended up becoming a massive revenue engine. Once revenue started flowing, it allowed Amazon to invest even more into its core business. Similarly, if you can identify a real problem in today’s crypto market and build a practical solution that generates revenue quickly, it could stabilize the team financially. Once that foundation is in place, you can then refocus your energy and resources back on HYTOPIA with much stronger support.
