at a point in my trading career where i don’t feel any emotion at all. i can’t remember the last time i blew an account due to emotions, the last time i disobeyed my rules due to fomo, or the last time disrespected my risk rules for the fun of it. I’m at a 1-0 mindset. win? —> move on. loss? —> move on. b/e? —> move on. no trade? —> move on. i feel in sync with myself, i follow my process & rules unconsciously. it took me a while to get here in this stage. it took reps upon reps to train my mind to find satisfaction in following my process. i don’t feel confused when i come into the market every morning. i wait for my set up to form & i execute on it. if i take a loss, i don’t care because i know my win will provide & make it all back plus more. if I’m confused on the market then i take it as a sign to log off for the day. i call this flow state. a state where the sky really is the limit.

@imJessTwoOne Profitable trader. Took an L today. Instead of holding to my usual TP's 1/2 off at 2R, stop to 1R then 1/2 off at 3R I aggressively moved my stop to 1R to cover my loss. Some will look & think 'but price went to your TP's'. Yeah but nothing is certain. Covered my loss & left ✌️
