Most frustrating thing I’ve seen today: @intercom website has no login button nor does it even have its own support widget or link to a support page. Maybe I missed it though

@intercom Is there still no way to setup a spam filter for the inbox? I like all the advancements with Fin, but having no spam filter is the biggest drawback for us.

@Harsh_One_3211 @galenking @intercom You could CC the address on any replies you'd like sent back to your Gmail, or use something like our Slack integration so that admin could view conversation history there as a workaround for that use case now. We'll flag this with our team as a feature request though!

@Harsh_One_3211 @galenking @intercom Hey Harsh! That is expected behavior for now, with the main reason being that sending emails back to the inbox they came from can cause email loops (those replies being forwarded back into Intercom themselves).

@intercom, I’m curious why you don’t have full 2-way email sync so we didn’t need to forward emails into the platform.
