@SwiggyCares . Why out of the blue? I might as well cancel my subscription for swiggy one. This is really ridiculous! As a company, you are not even sure what parameters you have to make my account not have a COD option.

@labonyitis Please note that several parameters are taken into consideration for COD option. Unfortunately, the COD is disabled at this moment. Having said that, we will be taking this up with our team. Please keep an eye on the app for any real-time updates.

@SwiggyCares I have sent you 3 different screenshots. One is below 500, one little more than 500 and one of 1000 and above. Do you even check your DM's?? None of the options shows COD! Also since when is ₹1000/- a cap on COD??!
