@magicUXlearner Thanks for the rec! I've done half of her Python course (which also included some of this web dev course!) I really like her as a teacher, but I did find that some of the resources that she was using were outdated, or older versions - which was a wee bit annoying!

Just finished #theodinproject fundamentals section and trying to figure out what to do next… I found all the reading to be pretty dry, and there wasn’t as much doing/building/creating as I’d hoped for. Any recommendations on what to do next?

@thesewhocan Hey Katy! I found Angela Yu good on Udemy: udemy.com/course/the-com…. You're ahead of me in your learning, but I was on just the earliest stage of this course and it seems vast, so maybe there's material there for you. Lots of practice and building, and of course it's video based.

I have just started learning UI basics and getting to grips with design software. For me, learning beginners' coding at the exact same time as beginners' UI is quite demanding cognitively, since they are different lenses/perspectives on the same thing!

Very reluctantly, I am hanging up my coding gloves (I don't have coding gloves!) for a while. I've started a short design course and have too much on my plate. I'm proud of getting this far:) Day 46 of #100DaysOfCode, and 75% through #freeCodeCamp's Responsive Web Design Cert.👇

Day 41 #100DaysOfCode I'm revising (with a @yu_angela course) to understand the basics of what CSS does. Quote: "Essentially everything in your webpage is just a whole bunch of boxes, and the properties of these boxes can be affected by changing the CSS code"
