🔴 Iran has announced that the Strait of Hormuz is once again closed. Tehran claims the move is a response to Israel’s strikes in Lebanon. What they don’t mention is that Hezbollah has been attacking Israel on a near-daily basis and killed four Israeli soldiers yesterday. Iran’s strategy is twofold: 1️⃣ Drive a wedge between the United States and Israel. 2️⃣ Establish a reality in which Hezbollah gets to shoot at Israelis indefinitely, but Israel is not allowed to respond.

Four Israeli soldiers killed by a Hezbollah drone strike and not a word from our media. Israel left like sitting ducks. And when Israel responds, the media will blame Israel, and Iran will say Israel broke the ceasefire causing a U.S. / Israel rift. Just as Iran played it.

What they are allowing JD Vance to do is extremely dangerous. They must stop before they make a mess that cannot be unmade. When you lie to the world that thousands of Israelis did not struggle and suffer and die to create and protect and sustain Israel, and instead claim that America created and sustains Israel (which is possibly the biggest lie that could ever be told about the history of the State of Israel), you are playing with fire — because it is the same Israeli people you just lied about whom you depend on to produce and provide the technology and intelligence that you need. And yes, you do need it. And no, you don’t have an alternative. This is not a game. Stop now. 🇺🇸🇮🇱

BREAKING: Iran has suspended its entire 60-day negotiation period with the US over the direct violation of the MOU's first clause, with Israeli attacks on southern Lebanon constituting a breach less than 24 hours after the MOU was electronically signed, per Fars and Al-Mayadeen. Iran's negotiating delegation had already been preparing to depart for Switzerland to launch the first round of talks before Iran made the decision to suspend the entire trip. Iran will also not unilaterally fulfill its commitments, and until Iran is fully assured Israeli attacks on Lebanon have stopped and the US has practically adhered to the first-clause obligations, talks remain cancelled.

@luxemiaa How about- define your housing budget independently. Then collectively you two can decide if you can find a place where 50/50 is affordable , or a nicer place with him chipping in more, or just stay in whatever situation you have now. You decide your budget, and go from there.

so my boyfriend and i are trying to save for an apartment together and we hit a wall this week. he makes $5,500 a month. i make $1,400. he suggested we just split everything evenly, $600 each. i said no, that doesn't work for us, and suggested instead that he put in $1,000 and i put in $200, since that's actually proportional to what we each earn. he thinks i'm the one being unreasonable here. i tried explaining it but he just doesn't see it. $600 from him is barely a dent. 600 from me is nearly half my paycheck. that's not equal, that's not even close to equal, even though......
