@SahilExec It's better to add generated columns and indexes, or a hybrid with a separate messages table.
If you're using PostgreSQL, JSONB and GIN indexes are usually quite powerful. In MySQL, generated columns are key.

@nikitabier Appreciate the push to simplify and the new public join links – that's convenient
English

Today we're announcing two product changes for organizing communities on X:
1. XChat now supports joinable links for groupchats. Create a public link & share direct to Timeline. With support for 350 members per chat (and growing), Groupchat Links are the fastest way to bring people together on X.
2. Due to declining usage, we're deprecating X Communities on May 6.
To migrate your Community's members, pin your groupchat link so people can join it over the next 2 weeks.
This is part of our broader effort to simplify the experience on X. Make no mistake: we are investing heavily in niche communities with the launch of Custom Timelines—and much more to come.

@odanovich @YashHustle_22 Absolutely. While 'building in public' used to be great for feedback and marketing, now it's a recipe for AI hijacking. Claude Opus 4.7 makes the barrier to entry nearly zero. It's safer to build quietly first until you have traction or a strong moat.

@YashHustle_22 If you are launching a SaaS you’re fucked. I’m just going to look at your product and recreate it myself using Opus 4.7 in 48 hours. Definitely don’t build in public. I’ve cancelled so many subscriptions with my own custom solution. Claude is so so good

I met a founder at a bakery in Berlin. He is retired from big corporate company.
He is Non tech, building a side project on AI agent.
He hired a developer for building a static website. The dev said it will take 3months to build it.
I showed him how you can do it in 2-5days. He was shocked. I told him to ask your dev to get a AI subscription and ship faster.
Now i have mixed feelings. I feel good for the founder, to share him my tools to ship faster.
On the other hand kinda feel bad for that dev who is still manually coding everything.
In the end you all in the adopt to the tools and stop being rigid :)
Have a good one.

@systemdesignone What's the point of coding? It's useless if you can't sell your skills.
