They intentionally enable yahoo boys to ‘pick’ a few million dollars so they can use the pretext of “Nigerians are fraudsters” to take the whole continent off global financial systems. They did it with PayPal. You really think yahoo boys can successfully steal from Western fiancial institutions if the entire scheme is not state-sanctioned? That's part of their broader tactics of “give the dog a bad name and hang it.” Every day you wake up, you have to spend 2 hours to fear Oyibo before going about your day. The west is pure evil.
