So here it goes, the start of a new chapter ptrck 2.0 I guess Or really just Patrick Rogo, as I will be known as now A full redesign of my brand through social posts and all my content This is a change that doesn’t mark the end of this account, but birth of a new one

A Lesson that all entrepreneurs should learn! When you stop learning, you start failing We are taught to learn, then apply And though that is true, with time things change You always need to be continuously learn your desired skill That’s how you become a master

@patrickrogs This should be taught from a younger age as well. Learning is associated with school which does a bad job of teaching life skills. Set out to fail, experience is a much better teacher Have a great day brother :)

@DareeseDevelops I would just recommend Medito or YouTube to start I started with that and moved to just playing Japanese music, or nature sounds and humming to help relax I’d love to get to a point like where @DanGoldfield is at with mindfulness He would probably have better advice than me

@IkiruCreates Exactly The best learning also comes from action The correct term used is mental masterbation, where you are getting this pleasure and ideology of success through watching successful content yet not actually putting in the work to be successful Action is the way out

Don’t get it twisted, learning is a part of the process But in an age where there is an abundance of information Many get caught in the fake progress loop Consume, consume, consume At some point you have to start This is what separates entrepreneurs from wantrepreneurs
