I have spent the past month trying to answer this question. I do extensive program management for a retail goods company. Massive cross functional projects across supple chain, logistics, branding, mktg, etc.
I used Cowork heavily since inception, but became really frustrated over time with the lack of the 1M context availability. I know it’s a feature flag in Cowork that was disabled to manage their supply/demand, so I spent time migrating my Cowork operation to CC to take advantage of higher context availability.
Claude Code, as mentioned by others, is great for executing builds (whatever that means in your context). Cowork, however, is harnessed VERY differently than CC. Cowork, especially with Opus 4.6, does a PHENOMENAL job of not only anticipating generalized office situations and problem solving, but creates soft friction in conversations that help this specific kind of ambiguous problem solving out threading the needle between many different context areas.
Claude Code (and especially with 4.7) wants to purely execute execute execute. Cowork is harnessed to explore, suggest, and problem solve completely differently as if you were, rightfully, a non-coder.

I just built a Claude prompt library that runs your entire DTC marketing operation 🤯
100+ prompts organized by function: competitor research, creative briefs, ad copy, hooks, landing pages, performance analysis, customer review mining, and more.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still prompting Claude from scratch every time they open a new chat, rewriting the same context, and getting generic output that sounds like every other AI-generated ad.
This prompt library eliminates the entire loop:
→ Competitor Research: scrape and analyze competitor ads, extract winning hooks, map creative strategies, build competitive battlecards
→ Creative Briefs: generate data-backed briefs from ad performance, write iteration briefs, new concept briefs, test plans
→ Ad Copy & Hooks: 20 hooks across 10 frameworks, full ad copy variations, persona-specific angles, fatigue-busting rewrites
→ Landing Pages: audit any landing page against DR best practices, clone high-converting advertorial structures, write product page copy
→ Performance Analysis: audit Google Ads accounts, find wasted spend, build visual dashboards, weekly narrative reports
→ Customer Intelligence: mine reviews for ad copy language, extract objections, find unexpected use cases, build persona cards from real data
→ SEO & Content: find keyword gaps, write content in your brand voice, optimize product listings for AI shopping (ChatGPT, Gemini)
→ Email & SMS: launch sequences, weekly newsletters, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase nurture
No more blank-page prompting.
No more re-explaining your brand every session.
No more generic AI output that sounds like a template.
What you get:
→100+ copy-paste prompts organized by the 8 functions DTC teams actually run
→Every prompt pre-loaded with the context structure Claude needs to give you real output
→Prompts that reference your brand voice, your ICPs, and your real data — not generic placeholders
→A living library you can customize once and reuse across every campaign
I put together the full prompt library as a single downloadable playbook: organized by section, ready to copy-paste into Claude today.

If Opus 4.6 feels like it's fighting you lately, you're not imagining things.
It's getting nerfed in real-time.
The stability metrics don't lie: 4.6 is drowning in the volatility zone.
If you need a reliable model right now, roll back to Opus 4.5 or bridge over to GPT 5.4.
Drop this command in Claude Code:
/model claude-opus-4-5-20251101
or switch to codex
Based on the graph, everything else is just noise.

I just built a Claude Code SEO agent that replaces your $200/mo. Ahrefs subscription 🤯
One prompt → keyword gaps found, competitors analyzed, content written in your brand voice, rankings tracked weekly.
All inside Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who know SEO matters but never have the bandwidth to actually do it consistently.
If your SEO workflow looks like this — log into Ahrefs once a month, export a CSV, skim it for 5 minutes, close the tab, tell yourself you'll write that blog post next week, never do...
This agent runs the entire loop for you:
→ Connects to Google Search Console and pulls your real ranking data
→ Finds your "gap zone" — keywords sitting at positions 5-20, one article away from page 1
→ Uses Apify to scrape who's outranking you and breaks down exactly why they're winning
→ Interviews you once about your brand, customers, and positioning — then never asks again
→ Writes content in your voice — not generic AI slop that tanks after 90 days
→ Tracks rankings weekly and feeds what's working back into the next cycle
→ Optimizes your product listings for AI shopping — so you show up when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation, not just Google
No $200/month tools you open once and forget.
No freelancers writing content that sounds like everyone else.
No manually checking rankings and forgetting to act on it.
What you get:
- Keyword cards with a specific action recommendation for each gap zone opportunity
- A competitive breakdown — who's beating you and the exact fix for each keyword
- A weekly content plan generated from your real GSC data
- A brand voice profile Claude uses for every article it writes
- Product listing optimization for AI shopping (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) — the new SEO nobody's doing yet
Built 100% in Claude Code with Google Search Console.
I put together a full playbook with the skill files, brand interview, and the exact weekly workflow.

@coinkong @NousResearch Hermes evaluates what worked and extracts the reasoning pattern as a reusable skill document. Next time it hits a similar problem, it queries its own library rather than solving from scratch.

@bloggersarvesh What if you want to target multiple cities then the homepage could target a larger area or District and then a few of the surrounding cities with inner location pages.

@CODUpdates Just tried the update. It fixed the stuttering and hitching but I’m still down about 30/40fps since Season 4 launch.
I’m down nearly 80fps since the game launched in October 2022.
Performance has gotten worse and worse every Season 😬
