If confusion comes before value, you have a churn problem.   The fix is almost never 'add more features.' It's almost always 'remove more friction.' That famous saying for all designers “DONT MAKE ME THINK” lives rent free in my head (2/2)

I couldn't imagine charging more than $10k for a project when I first went full-time freelance. Now we're on track for $1M this year. Nothing changed except how I saw myself and what I believed I was capable of. Allow yourself to think bigger.

How some people are using AI right now feels exactly like when we just discovered animation on websites. It was overused, distracting, with worse outcomes. Just because you can use it everywhere, doesn’t mean you should. Some things are still better left to humans.
