Voter fraud is already illegal. And incredibly rare. The average person is more likely to be struck by lightning than they are to commit voter fraud. This isn't a widespread issue like Republicans want you to think—they just want to appease the election-denier in the Oval Office.

In Denver, Secretary Sean Duffy found that 22% of commercial licenses doled out by Colorado to immigrants were done illegally, many of Mexican nationals (CPR). CBS also states that some of these people are allowed to continue to drive on U.S roads after there lawful presence in the U.S. It was also reported on November 11, 2025 in Texas out of 105 truckers pulled over 31 were in the country illegally.
