USCC is the only RWA which yield is high enough for looping. Other RWAs on Horizon is mainly MMFs, which is currently yielding only <50bps higher than the stablecoin borrow APY. Expect USCC continues to dominate the demand on Horizon, until a new high yield RWA is listed.

The @aave Horizon RWA sits at ~$551M in market size, about $40M below its peak from a few weeks ago. The recent drop came from a full JTRSY withdrawal earlier this month (~$33M). The goal was simple: bring RWAs into DeFi. But the reality? Heavy concentration. @SuperstateInc's USCC dominates with $240M and is basically Horizon's only RWA. Borrowable stablecoins make up another ~$300M. These four assets (1 RWA + 3 stables) account for 98% of the market. Horizon is one of the biggest pushes to integrate RWAs into DeFi, but TradFi complexity makes onboarding tough. It'll be interesting to see how RWA issuers adopt this infra in 2026.
