@AchenCohen has been putting in consistent work and is all around a great Canadian kid. Watching his dedication the last three years in the off season, this is no surprise to me. Keep up the work buddy.
Pitcher DIGS@DigsPitcher

The top returning pitchers in NAIA, according to DIGS! Cohen Achen's 152 DIGS+ leads all returners, while UBC's Heppner brothers each make an appearance in the top 10. Don't sleep on the AAC's ace, Daniel Willie! #NAIABall

Youth athletic development is not about doing highly organized serious training programs. It's about getting the kids to have fun and love it so much that they continue to train when the training does get serious. #LTAD If you want to learn how train young athletes to improve skills, have fun and will enjoy training for years down the road, DM me for details on youth athletic development programs and courses. #LTAD

How NOT train young athletes: Mindless sprint drills trying to chase some mystical perfect technical model... How to train young athletes: Games, Tag and it's variations...sprint, stop, start, turn, evade, dodge, close space, create space, make decisions and most importantly have fun! If you want to learn how train young athletes to improve skills, have fun and will enjoy training for years down the road, DM me for details on youth athletic development programs and courses. #LTAD

At a coffee shop working at 7am today and the older man a few tables down is just relaxing doing a crossword. I smiled thinking about how fun retirement must be….. then I realized I’m about 40 years from that probably and it ruined my day 😂☠️

Sometimes people on here say the most ridiculous, physiologically non-sensical things, with comical degrees of certainty. Still, I have to remind myself...

I'm a big believer in apprenticing for skilled coaches for 3-5 years before advancing to more independent or leadership roles in your coaching career. Not in a "pay your dues" way, but in a "you can't learn by doing, if you don't actually know the principles" way.
