@DeetoDC @JoshNorris I have seen one person say you should only call offside if the shoulders are fully off and someone else say only their legs should be considered off 😂
English

@JoshNorris Ya I don’t know what people want with close calls. There is going to be a line of what’s allowed somewhere for every rule in every sport. If an offsides rule was half a body then people would be upset when it got called at 51%
English

@JoshNorris Some of these takes are actually hilarious from non soccer fans. Every rule/call is up for debate like the sport was just invented

@spurtsguy Let them know now bro or they can’t be there for the title celebrations next summer.

City fans complaining about financial fair play

City Chief@City_Chief
Tottenham are spending £90m on Sandro Tonali after already splashing £85m on Fernandes. £175m on just TWO players. This is ruining football. Financial fair play has gone. 😭
English

I just need to enjoy this window. Doubt I ever see anything like it again in my life
Miguel Delaney@MiguelDelaney
The spending at Spurs is to continue, as they still want a left forward and maybe a striker Kroupi is a target, and Rafael Leao has been broached as an option independent.co.uk/sport/football…

🚨🔵⚪️ EXCLUSIVE: Brighton agree deal to sign Luka Vušković from Tottenham, here we go! 💣
£46m fixed fee plus sell-on clause to bring the potential package over £50m. Massive signing for #BHAFC after personal terms also agreed.
💣 Spurs ready to go ALL IN for Sandro Tonali.

@DarbyFreeman2 @MLSMoves Well it is, but he is talking about luring big stars to MLS not Spurs. MLS isn’t paying many players that kind of money
English

@spurtsguy @MLSMoves As if paying Gallagher $250k pw isn't an "extraordinarily large sum of cash". 😂
English

This is how many of them feel. How do we get him sooner than 34 though?

Jude Bellingham talked with James Corden on FIFA World Cup on FOX After Hours about living and playing in the US. Bellingham: "I do think at some point that would be pretty cool...I look at [David Beckham]...going to the LA Galaxy and then doing what he's doing at Inter Miami."
English

@MarioALNG @MLSMoves You are right, but I’m not really for it anyways. I hope the biggest stars in their prime stay in Europe. Can’t replicate history and tradition
English

@spurtsguy @MLSMoves It works in some cases but not everyone will leave playing in top clubs/leagues and UCL to go play somewhere else just for money. Look at Saudi as an example
