@DaniBeckman Your images really are exceptional. You should have a series of books by now!

This image took a lot of work to prepare, but almost no one saw it because Twitter algorithm sucks. But if an 'influencer' posts the same image (without crediting the scientist) and writes "Your brain capacity is unlimited", this image will get thousands of likes. I'm tired 😒.

@tangming2005 This is very true. How packages do or do not deal with NAs is very important. And real data always needs cleaning before you use that fancy tool.

1/ Tutorials lie. They hand you clean data. But real bioinformatics? It’s chaos. And unless you master that chaos, you’ll sink. 🧵
