PSA: if your highly curated tech community does not feel inclusive, I want no parts in it. I love surrounding myself with people of ALL ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, areas of expertise. There was literally an 18 year old in the room at @OpenAI for the gpt 5.5 party. And his mom chaperoned him. I congratulated them both on him being selected. It’s inspiring what he accomplished at such a young age. You never know what people can do and become when given the opportunity to build with AI and stand in the room next to leaders in AI. Don’t be a gatekeeper. Don’t try to engineer fame in tech. That is not what community is about. Community is much deeper and more meaningful than fabricated “cliques”. ❤️🙏🏽
