There’s a piece that’s going live soon where I say that you should be tipping AT LEAST a dollar or two for your coffee if you’re able to. I’m already bracing myself for the inevitable ruckus that’s going to come from it.

@Morgan_Eckroth Of course. Forgive my ignorance, but can you remind me of the argument against simply charging more for drinks and paying staff a living base wage? The process of tipping feels like everyone in the chain (except farmers and baristas) is insulated from financial uncertainty.
