The first 4 episodes of the new Maul show (2 hours total) is the equivalent of 15 mins of a properly paced, 90 minute movie.
This is a waste.

The only place it’s not being talked about is inside their own outrage bubble. The show has been #1 on Disney+ since launch, it’s sitting at 100% with critics and 96% with audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, and actual Star Wars fans are loving it.
If you’ve built an audience that punishes you for enjoying Star Wars, of course you’re not going to “see” the conversation. That’s the golden handcuffs. They can’t praise a great show without risking their entire business model, so they pretend silence equals failure. It doesn’t. It just means their bubble can’t handle a win.

To be completely fair, your post about this is literally the first time I've even heard of this show...
And I'm definitely not one of these Star Wars haters...
I've watched most of the recent stuff and while it's not perfect, there's definitely a lot there that I enjoy.
I look forward to checking this out, but it is kind of crazy that I'm literally hearing about it only after the 4th episode has already dropped.
