First surgery with new concept I-MiniPcnl from @uroServera , with great results. All inflow coming from UAS 12/14 placed in the superior calyx, with great washout through 18f perc access sheath. No fragments at all @koey_kana

Closely following the first reactions after presenting the i-PCNL technique.
So simple it fits here: irrigate the upper pole through a ureteral access sheath. This changes fluid dynamics and with it, the entire technique
