@SPOT_LLC Awesome. So I got your support on phone. They basically told me I'm dumb and that I don't know how to configure my contact phone numbers. Then they said it might be the phone provider of my contact (main one in France, if SPOT can't reach any of these numbers what's the point...)

@SPOT_LLC Then they gave me their "personal" email for me to contact them if I still have the issue once I changed phone number to reach another provider (lol?) Guess what? It's still NOT WORKING. Guess what? I don't get any answer by email. It has been 4 working days now... #worstsupport

@SPOT_LLC Luckily I managed to get my credit card deleted from my account so at least I won't pay again for your really bad service and support. And don't worry I have plenty of time to scroll through all the different outdoor sport forums and tell my story there.
