65% of all small boat events were prevented in May through UK-France joint action.
Soaring temperatures have historically seen a spike in crossings but specialist officers disrupted more small boat events than the number which successfully crossed.
This builds on over 44,000 small boat crossing attempts already prevented since July 2024.
