@jet2tweets how long does it take to fix app? Been messaging you since July, copied in ceo, spoke to your escalation team all I get is “must be a problem with your server” or “there are no known issues” whereby i had to screenshot reviews from people with same issue. Sort it out!

@AvantiWestCoast and yet again after Friday’s farce of having to travel from Glasgow to Lockerbie to pick up my stranded 17 year old daughter, her train to Preston was cancelled today and cancelled on way back tomorrow! What's going on?!?
