I've been doing ops for a bit now and hands down I think there are a few things we need to accept and normalize for these teams, particularly the teams servicing internal needs.

@crayfishX @Ghost I'm really curious if there is any pushes on trying to extend adoption or anything? the repo looks a bit dated at this point. I've been thinking how nice a k8s operator for this would be. would solve a huge problem space i think people are ignoring.
