It's been 11days since I made this post and @krakensupport @krakenfx has done absolutely nothing to rectify and release my funds. is this the new scam normal motion or what? @krakensupport

72hrs since @krakenfx placed limit on my account when I initiated withdrawal and I'm unable to do anything. no response from the support ticket too. at this point, all I need is my funds on d app and u can keep ur faulty app, I'll move to other cex .
