@krakensupport has also reached out to me to apologise for the delay.
I still don't know why this happened, but it's over now

Hi @jespow and @c7five I am disgruntled @krakenfx customer. Lately, Kraken has been freezing funds, no reason given. Communication cut off. 8th day today my $ frozen. I have in turn been warning people on X to stay away from Kraken. Is this really a good look for Kraken?

Hey @centralbank_ie what is the best way to file a dispute to you as a regulator for Kraken exchange?
They have been holding onto my funds with no explanation given. I've done nothing wrong but try to deposit money to invest.

I discovered an unauthorized $1,000 transaction from my Chime account that was sent to Kraken. I do not have a Kraken account and never authorized the transaction. Despite reporting it and disputing it multiple times, my claim was denied. I'm still looking for answers @Chime

I deposited 4.000 euros before that all was fine. Then after second deposit, they froze my account, no explanation given.
I am verified, done KYC, transfered money from my own bank account in my name.

It's been 7 days @krakensupport you fail to explain why you froze my funds on deposit. Support tickets are not resolved, no communication. Worst part is I am not the only case, there are houndreds of us. How bad does this have to get until @krakenfx feels the backslash
