My guess is that Tucker represents a portion of the intelligence community which doesn’t like Israel, and to a lesser extent has problems with the intel community leadership.
Tuckers Dad was leader of VOA of course, but he was also very close with ex-CIA officer Joe Kent. Another ex-CIA officer John Kiriakou who has blowing up on TikTok has also praised Tucker, appeared on his show, and has been very critical of Israel.
