My little 24/7 gym ♥️ I opened this gym about 5 years ago. I already owned a PT studio and I was offered the opportunity to take over a gym that was about to close. I took the gamble and merged both businesses. It worked out great. The gym side basically runs it's self. Members just scan themselves in and out. I only have to be there when I PT clients. It's to the point where it's about a 95% passive income. I tried to keep the old school bodybuilding feel but with a mix of modern equipment so members can train for CrossFit/hyrox ect. It's only small, dosnt have 1000s of members and doent make crazy profits, but it's something I'm proud of.

@AlfieInvests $SATL has made a nice rise in recent days. $ZETA has been nice too. My portfolio is still in the early phases and lots of individual stocks so prone to high volatility. Will be investing in ETF’s mainly over coming months.

Everyone's looking for the next big trade or stock. I made more money sitting still than I ever did being active. 14 months day trading taught me that the hard way. The market doesn't reward effort. It rewards patience.
