To be fair, Alberta secured the elimination of the production cap and net zero power regs in the MOU. These were the two most harmful laws to our energy industry.
All but 1 of the 9 bad laws have either been eliminated or work arounds negotiated (which can always be improved of course).
Plastics is the only one that we haven’t made progress on yet.
