It’s 6am at the airport. Walked by a couple having an intense conversation. She was visibly upset. He was looking at his phone scrolling. She was talking at him. Not to him. I obviously don’t know what was going on but if your partner is visibly upset, you might want to look at them. Validate their feelings. Hold space their frustration. And try and understand them.
