The SEC seems to be saying, in effect, “15c2-11 is an OTC equity rule, let’s stop pretending it is a general quotation rule for every security” BUT… What I find even more interesting is Commissioner @HesterPeirce longer statement 2 hrs ago and this part: “They highlighted that the 2020 rule amendments relied entirely on OTC equity data and did not even mention the term “fixed income” once. They noted that they were unaware of Rule 15c2-11 ever being applied to fixed income securities. And they warned that the application of the rule would gravely harm the fixed income market and investors, with no discernable reduction in fraud” The keyword is “fixed income” #MMTLP There is a more strategic interpretation in my opinion. What are you trying to hide Doug Cifu? So far nothing has happened to clients on the Jeffery Epstein list such as Leon Black of Apollo Global, Bill Clinton, or Bill Gates, so why would Doug Cifu waste the time and money to send me a cease and desist, especially if he has nothing to hide? What is also odd is for Doug Cifu to use Andrew G. Gordon to send the cease and desist, because Andrew is a Mergers and Acquisitions lawyer, not a defamation lawyer(that possibly explains why he didn't know the letter was not valid because it was not served in person). What makes this even more odd, is that Andrew works for Virtu Financial, and so it begs the question whether he was paid to do Doug Cifu's personal work using shareholder money...which ironically is the claim he said was defamation--that Doug Cifu is allegedly "stealing" shareholder money. When I look further into Andrew Gordon from Paul Weiss more questions arise about possible connections. The ongoing trial of P. Diddy and not Jay-Z pique my interest in context of Andrew working for Warner Music Group and MTV. One company Andrew seems to have worked extensively with is Citco, which coincidentally happens to have been one of the companies exposed in the Paradise Papers. When looking at the connections there, you find that they were working with Arthur Anderson who was the accounting firm for 6 of the biggest financial frauds in recent American history, notably Enron. Not only that, but the main connector of this money laundering network is "Voges, Robert A" who is also connected to Oaktree Capital(Now mostly owned by Brookfield). Jeffrey Epstein and Venezuela? Both sides of the Epstein argument are very odd to me because no one is talking about the central connecting dot for Jeffrey Epstein which is radical Marxism through the Robinhood Foundation and Lynn Rothschild's Council for Inclusive Capitalism. The Robinhood foundation with Epstein goes deep because all the way back, likely when he was working at Bear Stearns, he dates Eva Andersson who is now married to the founder of the Robinhood Foundation. Jeffrey Epstein literally also dated their daughter and operated through his hedge fund Highbridge Capital which is partnered with JP Morgan where Epstein was an ambassador for. The more I looked into the Venezuela connection the weirder it got. So Maduro got bailed out by Goldman Sachs president Lloyd Blankfein who is friends with Ghislaine Maxwell and Hillary Clinton. Also there pictured when he spoke at the World Economic Forum with Henry Kissinger. Lloyd got his start at the law firm Proskauer Rose who represented Larry Silverstein in his insurance he took out a month before 9/11 which, unlike any insurance contract before it, included insurance for terrorist attacks. Per usual with the people deeply connected to Epstein, Lloyd hates Trump. Blankfein serves on the board of directors of the Partnership for New York City, and on the board of overseers of the Weill Cornell Medical College. Sam Weill was the Mentor of Jaime Dimon and CEO of the CIA bank Citigroup. Partnership for New York City was founded by none other than David Rockefeller, and their president Kathryn Wylde is part of New York mayor Mamdani's transition team. You can't make this 💩 up! The current CEO of Goldman Sachs David Solomon is doubling down on supporting Kathryn Reummler after it was found in the most recent Epstein files drop that she was the person Epstein was emailing the most! WTF?! Partnership for New York City council member Brad Hoylman-Sigal, now a New York state senator, has literally the most red flags on his Wikipedia possible. He is a Rhodes scholar like all the other pedos, and he was an associate for Paul Wiess which is the law firm that represented Leon Black in the Epstein case and several other similarly related people. Paul Wiess is also the law firm that ex-Virtu Financial CEO Doug Cifu worked at while he was represented Fredric Fekkai who in court documents was accused of sex trafficking underage girls. Doug Cifu also represented Karl Kani who got his start in the clothing business selling custom cloths to Jamaican drug lords, and gave P. Diddy his start when he hired him as a model. You're probably thinking this can't get any crazier, but what is the route cocaine was trafficked after the the Iran-contra shut down the drug operations in Panama in 1991...right when P. Diddy started with Karl Kani? The coca was grown in Columbia, and then shipped to Venezuela, and then Jamaica, and from there either flown in on celebrity planes or shipped across the Mexico border. That is literally what the case against Maduro says. The last part is the best, because it is how the cocaine was paid for, which is nakedshort selling! That is why Kathryn Reummler was key, because she is on the board of governors at FINRA that should prevent that sort of criminal activity. What stocks were they nakedshorting? $GME, $DJT, #MMTLP, #BBBYQ etc. It is all connected, and justice is coming swiftly! Maduro said "venga" and he is getting the full vengazo!
