The Supreme Court just eviscerated the Voting Rights Act. Trump and Republicans are rigging the rules to suppress the right to vote. If that’s the game, Democratic states must fight back to protect our democracy.

I have heard directly from mayors, first selectmen, superintendents, students, and taxpayers across Connecticut who are feeling the squeeze of rising costs. This $270 million is a direct response to the strains being placed on town, school district, and family budgets.

The AP announced CT Senator Chris Murphy the "winner" at 8 pm, right when the polls closed and before the votes were in. He won with 58.6%. If we had clean voter rolls and elections, Matt Corey would have rightfully won.

Technically this is correct and the votes had not even been tallied. Murphy was named at 3AM before polls even opened in some press releases. Unfortunately as long as we live in a Dem single Party Stronghold this will continue. If Ryan Fazio or Erin Stewart were to win (which neither will) it would not change as the Dems will pound them down with their“SUPER MAJORITY”.
