@MartinSLewis @trajix @bbc5live This makes sure the default isn't double counted when you apply for credit. If it's sold on, the orignal account will show as 'satisfied' and the new one will show with the outstabding balance. Original default dates stay the same!

When it happens there's a flag on the account to make sure future lenders know it's been sold, and whether it's with the same credit reference agency or not

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, have you got some issues? Trying to play a video on Sky Go (tablet) and getting error -41942875. Tried logging in to the site and getting an error message 'An unknown error has occurred' Tried logging in to 'my details' on Sky VIP app - error message.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I do. I've been watching them fine all morning. Currently S3 E1. Get the same error on E 2/3/4 etc. Its just started giving me this error. Also, still can't log in online. When i enter my email address to go to next stage (password) i get the following error.

@SkyHelpTeam I can get in to sky go. When i play the video (Game of Thrones) it plays the ad then gives error message Tried on another device but also got another error that video is no longer available. But we know it is available Can log in to my account on website. Cant get in on sky vip
