Do better @AmericanAir how did my bag weigh more at the end than when I arrived. I literally removed things during my trip that were not replaced. I'll tell you how; defective scales. See below. How is the weight fluctuating? All these scales need recalibrating.

when I pressed the issue the agent tells me to call the shipper and have tme contact @FedEx, which is strange because I don't work for Fedex nd don't know what they need. So of course I asked for a supervisor or manager. I literally asked 10 times. The agent refused to transfer

@FedEx has horrible cusrtomer servicee. They've had a package showing “out for delivery” since 12/29. I've called twice about the package only to be told today they ain't know where to deliver it.

@UPS has let me sit on hold for over an hour after requesting a supervisor to complain about my packages from Saturday not arriving even after local office confirm packages were/are on the truck for today. #worst #useFedxinstead
