@LostMyHats D keeps citing passages about fulfillment, but conveniently ignores the rest of the NT. Jesus fulfilled the Law, yet the apostles still attended the Temple (Acts 3:1),

We worship an ethnic Hebrew who preferred to go by an intentionally universal title, “Son of Man,” who decreed the destruction of the Jewish Temple (Matthew 24:2), personally ended kosher law (Mark 7:19), retired the Old Covenant and gave us a new one in His own blood (Hebrews 8:13, Luke 22:20), called the founders of modern Judaism ‘sons of the devil’ (John 8:44), said that anyone who denies Him rejects Moses (John 5:46-47), and their Synagogue worships the devil (Revelation 2:9, 3:9). Then His hand-chosen Apostles taught that God no longer sees people as Jews or Gentiles (Galatians 3:28, Colossians 3:11), that believers in Jesus are children of Abraham (Galatians 3:7), that unbelieving Jews are not (Romans 9:6-8), and referred to the Church as the circumcised (Philippians 3:3), as His chosen nation (1 Peter 2:9), and as the ‘Israel of God’ (Galatians 6:16). The Book was written by the Holy Ghost (2 Peter 1:21), with multiple books written by non-Jewish hands (Luke/Acts), for the benefit of all men (2 Timothy 3:16-17). And the BIG REVEAL of the whole Book is that Jesus came to save the goyim (Ephesians 3:6). Stop trying to turn the Son of God into your tribal bush deity and some simp mascot for a desert war cult. He’s the King of Kings. Have some respect.

@LostMyHats JD's problem is selective reading. He highlights texts on fulfillment but ignores Acts, where the apostles still worship at the Temple, keep vows, observe feasts, and identify as Jews. Whatever your theology, the NT evidence is more nuanced than he admits.

"Believers in Christ are the authentic children of Abraham. I'm a joint heir with Jesus Christ, not [the Jews]." @LostMyHats explaining to @TuckerCarlson how love demands truth, not a genocide fund.

Bro, what? Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians (Χριστιανός = christianos = Christian, a follower of Christ) first in Antioch. Acts 26:28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian (Χριστιανός again). 1 Peter 4:16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian (Χριστιανός again), let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. Colossians 1:27 the text specifically says, "Christos en hymin" which literally means Christ in you or Christian.

Alyssa Thomas choking Caitlin Clark live, in the middle of a WNBA game, without a foul being called, while playing in a league run by a jew, amidst two teams run by jews, feels like a microcosm of modern economic & social slavery in America.

I don't have a problem responding, but I'm not "a religious " person. So arguing the minutiae of religion origins thousands of years old. Faith is irrational and trying to logically argue on it's behalf is futile. Now being post Christian it's just amusing to realize how much effort you have to put in to make the bible fit your preferred flavor of Christianity.

The epistles are obviously written to people familiar with Judaism such as it was at the time. Telling a gentile the jewish messiah has come wouldn't mean much to a gential with no knowledge of Moses and the prophets. The epistles are literally instruction on why and to how spread the gospel of the Jewish messiah to the gentiles.

@IPAhebrew @nxrstudios @JoelWebbon @LostMyHats @TuckerCarlson Paul writes to the Christians in Thessaloniki, Rome and Galatia (central Turkey) in the late 40s and 50s. Around 20 years after the resurrection. Do you mean these Christians, spread around the Mediterranean Sea, were all Jews?

The word "Jew" is a late invention in the Bible and was first used in the Books of Kings and in the Book of Esther. It is commonly believed that the word "jew" was simply a derivative from the word Judean meaning someone who is from Judea. "Jew" is neither any ethnicity nor a race but just the name of a person that has Judaism as their belief system. Jesus was an Israelite and a Christian - not any "Jew".
