The "right wing" of Orthodoxy will probably be divided into many small “jurisdictions” in future, most of them anathematizing the others. - St Seraphim Rose

By canonizing a saint in the person of Father Seraphim Rose, ROCOR is really showing itself to be an anachronism, since he assuredly would have condemned the ROCOR of today as heretical sell-outs to Sergianism and ecumenism. The sanitized image of Rose that people are promoting can only do two things, promote a willful ignorance of the reality of his convictions, or mainstream Old Calendarism under the guise of popular piety. Either way, ROCOR has exposed its appropriation of Rose as fraudulent. His cultus will be that of a fictional simulacrum of the man, not the man himself.

@BrotherAugusti2 @NewsNFTU @OrthodoxGabriel @WSlopeAggie I have read Subdeacon’s book and he ignores everything Fr. Seraphim said that doesn’t agree with the OC narrative. The fact is that ROCOR was briefly in communion with OCs in the 70s & with the official Church, but communion with the OCs fell apart just after his repose.

With the glorification of St. Seraphim Rose comes a whole new set of difficulties for those who insist on modern and anti-Orthodox perspectives like ecumenism, approval of Freemasonry or Zionism, New Calendarism, the promotion of various satanic ideologies by Greek “Orthodox” hierarchs and their hirelings, or the idea that walling off from communion with heretics somehow makes an Orthodox Christian bad or wrong. For 2000 years God has glorified those brave and faithful men and women who went against the current of error — both outside of and within the Church — and much to their dismay, those would-be reformers who seek to conform our Faith to the world are still waiting for their very first Saint. May God arise and may His enemies be scattered ☦️☦️☦️

You know that was the Matthewites and if I’m not mistaken it came out she was being slandered by the freemasonic New Calendarist. You love conflating Matthewites with all True Orthodox. Strategic. You wanna talk about murder? St. Catherine was martyred in the 1920s by Greek New Calendarist police forces, who, on the orders of the wicked heretic New Calendarist Archbishop of Athens, Chrysostomos Papadopolous, had ordered several True Orthodox priests to be beaten (and even killed) for refusing to go along with the Masonic-inspired ecumenist-modernist agenda. As New Calendarist police were attempting to beat to death a True Orthodox (“Old Calendarist”) priest, St. Catherine used her body to shield the priest, saving his life, and was instead beat to death herself by the New Calendarist heretics. St. Catherine was thus to become one of many witnesses to the True Orthodox Christian Faith in the 20th century, joining the other Martyrs of True Orthodox in earlier ages (more persecution would follow against the True Orthodox in Greece in the 20s and 30s, and continue for their refusal to accept the new calendar, joint prayers with non-Orthodox, ecumenism; persecution still viciously continues on Mt. Athos against Esphigmenou). The “Official Patriarchates” of World Orthodoxy, which are mired in the heresy and schism of ecumenism, modernism and new calendarism, refuse to recognize her martyrdom since it would testify against their cold indifference to the Orthodox Faith and rejection of it. They still maintain the rightness of the actions of the New Calendar Archbishop of Athen, Chrysostomos Papadopolous, praising him for his persecution of the True Orthodox for their refusal to accept the New Calendar and Ecumenism. —————————————————— "The New Calendarist Bishop of Boston, Joachim, returns to Greece and is appointed by the State Church as the Metropolitan of Fokis. While visiting the village of Desfini in Fokis, he enters the Old Calendarist church during the time of the Divine Liturgy while Hieromonk Theonas is celebrating. Metropolitan Joachim grabs the holy chalice out of the hands of Father Theonas, throws it to the ground, and tramples it with his feet until it is completely flattened. Then, he seizes Father Theonas, tears out his beard with his bare hands, pushes him to the ground and begins kicking him mercilessly. A short time later, Father Theonas dies from his wounds. Despite this homicidal act, Metropolitan Joachim of Fokis is later rewarded with advancement to a larger diocese, the Metropolis of Demetrias, to replace Metropolitan Germanos who had left the New Calendarist State Church in 1935 to lead the True Orthodox Christians."

“The fire of true Orthodoxy is still alive in many places: in the Catacomb Church of enslaved Russia, in the persecuted True Orthodox Christians of Greece, in the maligned Russian Church Outside of Russia, in the Zealots of Mt. Athos” - St. Seraphim Rose †

Father Seraphim Rose believed UFOs were not extraterrestrial craft, but demonic manifestations disguised in modern forms to deceive a post-Christian world. He compared modern UFO sightings to demonic apparitions described in the lives of saints.

This losers sit on a throne of lies. Poor Fr. Seraphim Rose met a “true orthodox” schismatic cultist once and recanted this opinion. They have this effect on us all.

@Unseen_Warfare1 Dude, do you not realize ROCOR broke communion with them? 1979 they cut ties with them because of their endless schisms etc. St Seraphim Rose openly criticized fanaticism, sectarianism, He warned against BOTH modernism and schismatic zealotry.

@Unseen_Warfare1 St Seraphim Rose respected the Greek Old Calendarists, but he also criticized them because of their disunity. He states this very clearly, St Seraphim Rose was not a "true orthodox" but he actually criticized them. youtu.be/bzCbWDtIzMo?si…

Seraphim Rose died out of communion with any TO synod, he reposed in 1983, 8 years after the ROCOR synod under philaret severed ties with the auxentions in 1975, and 5 years after the matthewites broke ties with ROCOR he died in communion with the mainline church, not "TO"
