Today we filed #FOIA request on behalf of @NoahShachtman of @thedailybeast to @USGSA for disclosure of docs pertaining to certification of @JoeBiden's presidential election victory. We cannot compel agency action, but we can ensure transparency.

How #embarrassing that @TheJusticeDept ignores official Presidential "statements" yet at same time seeks to further private concerns of First Family.

We can confirm that @BradMossEsq and @MarkSZaidEsq are alive and well, despite the Twitter crisis. No word yet though on how Mr. Moss is doing with the phantom sensations of sending new tweets that he can’t actually send.
