1. I don’t often tweet about my personal life, but on 1st November, my mum Jane was hit by a large vehicle as a pedestrian in St. Louis, USA. She suffered a severe brain injury & remains in a coma in hospital. Here's Jane & me in happier times.

@OliverConway Many of us will take Friday, but it will depend on business need, and there is always cover in the office as we are trialling a 9-day fortnight across the team during the pilot.

I'm really proud that we're doing this (and notably are the only law firm taking part in the trial). It's great to be part of a firm that continues to lead the way in championing employee wellbeing whilst maintaining a high standard of work for our clients. Exciting times ahead!
